Funeral Service for Robert Shawn Spivey, age 42, of Crossville, TN who passed away on October 28, 2023, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 PM prior to the service.
