Crossville Fire & Rescue responded to a structure fire behind 171 Obed Street for an outbuilding fire. Crews arrived to find the outbuilding fully involved. Fire crews quickly extinguished the outbuilding and the small grass fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Please remember that it is extremely dry and winds are causing a very high fire danger in our area. There is a ban on outdoor burning of any type through November 13th or until we get much needed rainfall. Please help us all to be fire safe! If you see a fire please report it by calling 911.
