As of 10:30am Wednesday, the blaze was 85 percent contained. Firefighters conducted planned back burning in the area and dozens battled the fire since it was first reported Saturday night on the ridge overlooking Rocky Top near Scott Brogan Lane. In west Anderson County, the TIOGA wildfire covered over 475 acres and was also 100 percent by Thursday.
