Crossville City Council directs staff to seek qualifications from commercial realtors to handle former Village Inn property

The City of Crossville recently completed demolition of the Village Inn property. During the monthly work session, Council discussed options of what to do next. City Manager Greg Wood recommended the hiring of a commercial realtor to list and market the property. The City has about $500,000 in the purchase and clean-up of the property located adjacent to Crossville City Hall. The property is just under an acre. Council directed the city manager to begin the process of gathering qualifications of interested realtors to accommodate the sale of the property.
