FLOCK Camera System Assists Crossville Police in Locating Hit and Run Driver

The FLOCK Camera system recently helped Crossville Police find a hit and run driver. On Friday (11/10/23), City units responded to a two-vehicle accident on New Lantana Road where one party had left the scene.  The driver of the vehicle that was struck gave police a description of the suspect and he had also taken pictures of both the suspect and the vehicle’s license plate before the driver fled.  On Sunday (11/12/23), the FLOCK Camera system alerted to a tag match and the suspect’s vehicle was stopped on East First Street.  Police took 23-year-old Armando Sanchez into custody and he faces warrants for Driving Without a License, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Report a Vehicle Accident.
