In action aired live on Mix 99.3, the Stone Memorial High School basketball teams traveled to Jamestown for games at York Institute on Friday. The Lady Panthers dropped a 56-41 decision and the Panthers downed the Dragons, 59-56. Saturday, 12/2, SMHS is scheduled to host Lenoir City.
Also on Friday, Cumberland County High School played host to Pickett County. The Lady Jets recorded a 55-52 victory and the Jets fell to the Bobcats 54-43. Friday (12/8) CCHS will host Walker Valley.
