Friday night featured District games for the Stone Memorial High School and the Cumberland County High School basketball teams.
The SMHS Panthers and Lady Panthers played host to the squads from Livingston Academy. The Lady Panthers dropped their game with the Lady Wildcats 61-52. The Panthers picked up a win over the LA Wildcats 65-58.
The CCHS Jets and Lady Jets played the teams from White County High School in Sparta. The Lady Jets fell to the Warriorettes 71-61, and the Jets lost their game with the Warriors 49-31.
