Ralph England, known for his work with many groups and agencies in Cumberland County, has passed away at 91

A well-known figure in Crossville and Cumberland County, Ralph D. England passed away Thursday at the age of 91. In addition to working at Crossville Ford, Ralph also served on the Cumberland County Election Commission and the Cumberland County Fair Association, and was instrumental in bringing many stars to the Cumberland County Fair. Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, January 28^th at 2 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends starting at noon. The England family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Cumberland County United Fund.
