A man wanted for violation of parole was apprehended Friday (3/1/24) at a residence on Westel Road. A Cumberland County Deputy was dispatched to a report of an unknown vehicle driving around the yard of the homeowner’s property. The Deputy observed a green Dodge truck parked in the yard with a male driver sleeping in the driver’s seat. The man was identified as 43-year-old Billy Trammell. A check revealed Trammell had a full extradition warrant out of Kentucky and he was arrested and transported to intake at the Cumberland County Justice Center.
