On Tuesday (03/05/2024) the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to be on the lookout for a missing person identified as 40-year-old Robert Martinez. At approximately 08:55 am Tuesday, dispatch received a call stating that Martinez had just left the Budget Inn and was heading south on Hwy 127 South in a silver car. Dispatch informed Deputies that Martinez had two active warrants for Violation of Probation. Martinez was pulled over in Bledsoe County and taken into custody. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail where a hold from Wilson County was received for his warrants.
