White County Sheriff Steve Page, Chief Kenny Dobson, Senator Paul Bailey and State Representative Paul Sherrell presented Lieutenant James Blankenship with a proclamation and pin for his 15 years of service. Also, Ivah Reels and Detective Chris Russell were presented with certificates and pins for their 5 years of service to White County.
