The Cookeville Police Department has announced the retirement of Captain Randy Brown after 35 years of dedicated service to the community and his department. Throughout his career, Captain Brown has held numerous roles within the department including serving as a member of the SWAT team, a member of the Motorcycle Unit, and as a Certified Motorcycle Instructor.
