Funeral Service for Ruby Otis Wells, age 94, of Crossville, TN, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 4:00 PM with burial to follow at Linary Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM prior to the service. She is survived by her sons, Randall K. Wells (Darlene), Danny J. Wells (Nancy), and Gary L. Wells; and brothers, Mike Kerley and Lester Kerley.
