Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster announced the passing of former County Executive Jeannette Warner

Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster has announced the passing of former County Executive Jeannette Warner. Warner was elected as Cumberland County’s first and only woman County Executive. She served two terms beginning in 1982. Warner was the first to be sworn in as County Executive after the Tennessee General Assembly changed the job from County Judge. She was 88 years old.
