TDOT has announced that utility work will begin Monday, August 5, 2024 in Rhea County on State Route 29/US Highway 27 between Medlin Pike and Jackson Road. Motorists should reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Trucks, signage, flaggers, and barrels/cones will be present 9am to 2pm through August 23, 2024.
