Crossville City Council met in regular session for August

In a short meeting on Tuesday, the Crossville City Council met for their regular August meeting. Items approved included the delegation of Mayor RJ Crawford to negotiate matters regarding the indoor recreation facility with the Sports Authority and YMCA. While Mayor Crawford , or his appointee, can negotiate, any results must be ratified by the full council. In other matters, the council approved the appointment of Landon Headrick to fill the seat of Greg Tabor on the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority. Tabor announced his resignation from the Authority last month.
