TVA Approves 5.25% Rate Increase

The Tennessee Valley Authority Board has approved a 5.25% rate increase, set to go into effect this October.  This comes a year after TVA approved a 4.5% rate hike last August, which amounts to an almost 10% increase in the last two years.
