Funeral Services for Delmer Hershel Cotter, age 70, of Pleasant Hill, TN, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Slate Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service. He is survived by his children, Darrell Cotter and April Thurman; grandchildren, Alex Cotter, Bre Weidner, Ashton Doris, Chloe Doris, Lydia Thurman, Kendall Thurman, and Scarlett Thurman; great grandchildren, Jett Cotter, Stone Weidner, Owen Cotter, Beau Cotter, and River Weidner; brothers, Bruce Cotter, Frankie Cotter, and Dallas Cotter; a niece and several nephews.
