Graveside Funeral Services for Howard Dewayne “Wayne” Norris, age 66, of Crossville, Tennessee, were conducted on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Haley’s Grove Cemetery in Crab Orchard, Tennessee. Bro. Randy Norris officiated. He was survived by 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Debbie Norris, Cynthia and Gary Jones Sr.; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Lisa; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family received friends at Haley’s Grove Cemetery for Graveside Funeral Services.
