Crab Orchard Mayor, Emmett H. Sherrill will remain in office after fending off two contenders in Tuesday’s election. Sherrill picked up 226 votes over Michael Findley and Racheal Hansen. In the race for Crab Orchard alderman, Winona Christopher took the win with 214 votes over Todd Kemmer’s 116.
Voter turnout in Cumberland County was 70.75%.
