Billboard Names Dolly Parton Greatest Country Artist of All Time

The legendary Dolly Parton has claimed the top spot on Billboard’s 100 Greatest Country Artists of All Time list.  The entertainment magazine placed Johnny Cash 2nd, Willie Nelson 3rd, Loretta Lynn 4th and Hank Williams Sr. 5th.
