Crossville City Manager, Valerie Hale, during Tuesday’s regular session of the Crossville City Council, reported sales tax revenue at just over $1.07 million dollars, an increase of slightly over 4 percent from the previous period last year. The latest tax numbers are the third consecutive month of gains with collections for the fiscal year to date coming in at $4.2 million. The wholesale beer tax held steady at $62,692 for the period, while collections from liquor were up slightly at $36,159.
