Funeral Service for James Leon Neal, age 82, of Crossville, TN. will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM with burial to follow at Henry Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Neal; son, Bruce Neal, daughters Melissa Byrant, Kasey (Mitch) Lowe and; 8 grandchildren; sister, Ruth McCoy; brother, Luther Neal Jr. (Jacqueline); and special niece, Bethany Neal.
