A Celebration of Life for Ann Windrow Crabtree, age 77, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 7pm at the Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville, Tennessee. “Miss Annie” is survived by husband James Crabtree and her identical twin sister Nancy Windrow Vernon of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Also mourning her loss are the Crabtree and Vernon families and the many for whom Annie was indeed an adopted member of the family. Bilbrey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
