Jackie Lee Winningham, 59, of Jamestown, appeared in the Fentress County Criminal Court and pled guilty to possession of Methamphetamine and other drug offenses. Fentress County Criminal Court Judge Zachary R. Walden sentenced Winningham to serve eighteen (18) years in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody.
