Sales tax collections for the City of Crossville announced

Sales tax revenue for the City of Crossville totaled $904,999 in the latest reporting period, an increase of nearly $13,000 compared to the same period last year. According to information in Crossville City Manager Valerie Hale’s report, year-to-date collections for the fiscal year have reached $7.4 million, reflecting a modest gain of $67,000 over the previous year. Meanwhile, wholesale beer and liquor revenues declined during the period, with beer tax collections at $51,000 and liquor fees totaling just under $33,000.
