Tennessee death row inmate Oscar Smith is scheduled to die by lethal injection this Thursday, May 22nd (2025).
He was convicted of fatally stabbing his estranged wife and her two sons in their Nashville home in October 1989.
Smith was previously set to be executed in 2022 but Governor Bill Lee delayed it due to problems with the injection.
