An Anderson County Grand Jury has returned indictments against former Oak Ridge Police Officer Zachary Gauthier on 23 counts of Official Misconduct. In a press release, District Attorney General Dave Clark said the matter arose from complaints within the police department. The 34-year-old Gauthier was terminated from the Oak Ridge Police Department prior to the Grand Jury indictments. Gathier was booked into the Anderson County Detention Facility on a $50,000 bond.
