It was a strong showing for Stone Memorial’s golf teams at this week’s Region Tournament, with both the Panthers and Lady Panthers bringing home top honors in their final team competition of the season.
The Stone Memorial boys team finished as Region Runner-Up, while the Lady Panthers secured third place overall—capping off a season marked by hard work and strong performances.
While team play has wrapped for the year, the season isn’t over for two standout student-athletes. Parker Beck, who shot an impressive 71, and Sarah Bass, who fired a 76, both qualified individually to compete at the TSSAA State Golf Championships next week.
