The Qualifying Deadline for the May 5^th Primary Election in Cumberland County is Thursday, February 19^th at 12 noon.  The Withdrawal Deadline is February 26^th at 12 noon. The last day to register to vote is April 6th. Early voting begins April 15^th and ends April 30^th. The last day to request an Absentee Ballot is April 25th.
