White County Detective Damion Kelsey has received a Service Certificate and a Service Pin in recognition of his 5 years of dedicated service with the White County Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s Department congratulates Detective Kelsey and says White County is truly fortunate to have such a committed individual working at their facility.
