The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 78-year old James Ray Hooper. Mr. Hooper is a white male with grey hair and brown eyes. He is 5’10 tall and weighs 175 lbs. He was last seen on this morning, Sunday, May 24, at approximately 7:15 AM when he walked off from his residence on Jim Youngblood Rd. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a plaid black and white shirt over it, light grey sweatpants, green tennis shoes, and he walks with a walker. Mr. Hooper has medical conditions that may prevent him from returning home safely.
