As of July 13, 2026, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has located and arrested 3 more individual following Operation Protecting Putnam.
The following subjects were arrested and charged:
* Ricky Todd Abbott – Age 40, charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, and Sell of Methamphetamine. He has a bond set at $75,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Linda Joyce Cleghorn – Age 67, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule IV Drugs and 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule II Drugs. She has a bond set at $80,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Kathy Lynn Easter – Age 69, charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule IV Drugs. She has a bond set at $40,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Hunter Dale Edwards – Age 30, charged with 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Methamphetamine. He has a bond set at $75,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Fred Tyler Moore – Age 33, charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, and Sell of Methamphetamine. He has a bond set at $75,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Terry Cecil Pennington – Age 60, charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, and Sell of Methamphetamine. He has a bond set at $95,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Christy Nicole Phillips – Age 33, charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, and Sell of Schedule III Drugs. She has a bond set at $40,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
* Shannon Elaine Stafford – Age 54, charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, and Sell of Schedule II Drugs. She has a bond set at $40,000 and a court date of September 10, 2026.
