Funeral services for Woodroe Frazier, 78, of Sparta will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, September 4 at 2 pm, with burial at Smiths Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 3 from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Woodroe is survived by his wife Wanda Frazier; his son Jeffery Frazier; his daughter Angela Baisley; his special son-in-law Rod Jackson; his grandchildren Anthony (Deidre) Justice, Amanda (Chris) Gingerich, and Dynah Jackson; his great-grandchildren Autumn Turner, Toni, Christian, and Deklan Justice, Dixie and Matthew Gingerich, and Dominic, Isabella, and Ameila Dragone; his great-great-grandchildren Casey Chism, Alder Turner, and Maverick Justice; and his siblings Bobby Holt, Sally Azbill, Priscilla Conley, Geraldine Walker, and Edward Frazier.
