The Cumberland County Commission in regular session on Monday approved the appointment of Philip Burnett as County Attorney. The confirmation secures Burnett’s position for another two-year term, running through October 31, 2028. The vote to re-appoint was 16-0 with 2 commissioners absent.
Commissioners also approved several road adjustments, accepting Bunk Lane and Hedgewood Circle into the county maintenance system, while removing Junior Camp Lane at the request of Camp Nakanawa.
