With a generous grant from AARP, Cumberland County was able to transform one of the Obed River Park’s picnic shelters into an outdoor classroom. The public is invited to the Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the opening of this fabulous amenity to the park. The Ribbon cutting will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 9:00am at Shelter #2.
