Man At Center Of Amber Alert Taken Into Custody

The suspect at the center of an Amber Alert issued early Monday morning out of Lincoln County has been taken into custody.  The TBI issued an Amber Alert for for 1-year-old Roberto Godinez III after the boy’s father,  25-year-old Roberto Godinez II, allegedly pushed his way into the mother’s home and took the boy with him.  The child was later found safe with his paternal grandmother.  Godinez II was wanted for especially aggravated kidnapping and other offenses. WKRN reports the father returned to the police station yesterday morning and was speaking with investigators.
