A Morgan County animal shelter is offering a $1,300 reward for information leading to charges after six puppies were thrown off a bridge in Sunbright, Tennessee on Christmas Day. The reward, which started at $1,000, is donated by supporters of the nonprofit. MoCo Mutts Rescue Center says the little dogs were stuffed into a red tote and tossed off a bridge on Burreville Road. All of them died except one which suffered a broken leg. That puppy has been named Survivor and is a cur-type mix between 7 to 9 weeks old. A representative said they would have helped the puppies if they had only been asked and the neglect and abuse of animals cannot go unpunished.
