The 5th ranked Volunteers were looking to stay undefeated in SEC play Tuesday night as they hosted In-State rival the Vanderbilt Commodores. Tennessee was behind in the game at half time being down 39-37, however it was all Tennessee in the second half and the Vols defeated the Commodores 77-68.
Santiago Vescovi and Julian Phillips lead the Vols in scoring having 15 points a piece. Uros Plavsic was able to score 11 points. Vandy’s leading scorers were Liam Robbins had 18 points, Jordan Wright had 13 points, and Noah Shelby had 12 points.
