Friday night Cumberland County played their homecoming games as they entertained the squads from Macon County High School. The Lady Jets rolled to a win over the Tigerettes, 71-32 the final. The Jets posted a 56-43 victory over the Tigers to complete the CCHS sweep.
Stone Memorial traveled to DeKalb County High School for a District doubleheader on Friday. The Lady Panthers led at the half but fell to the Lady Tigers 51-47. The Panthers remained unbeaten in District action with a 57-53 road win over the Tigers.
