Sales tax revenue for Crossville announced

Sales tax collections for the City of Crossville were up by almost 15% over last year. During the latest period, Crossville’s share of the sales tax came in at $1.02 million. When adjusted for inflation the increase remains strong at around 7%. Other taxes remained steady from last year with the Beer Tax taking in $409,000 for the fiscal year while the Hotel Occupancy Tax has collected $141,000 for the year.
