No services are scheduled at this time for Kelly Mercy Neely, age 62, of Crossville, who passed away on February 19. Survivors include husband, Timothy Wayne Neely, son, Graham Neely, grandchild, Ava Madison Neely, and mother Betty Mercy Rourke. Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
