The Cumberland County Board of Education will interview local candidates for the Director of Schools position on Saturday starting at 9 a.m. Board members expect to interview each applicant for about an hour with 10 minute breaks between. Candidates are Dan Schlafer, Scott Mattox, Darrell Threet and Ina Maxwell. The Board meets in special session on Monday, May 11 at 6 p.m. to discuss the results of the interviews.
