Gov. Lee Signs Bill Banning Apps Not Headquarted In U.S. On Public College Campuses

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has signed a bill that bans public college campuses from allowing internet access to apps or video platforms by companies not headquartered in the United States.  The ban would include TikTok.  WVLT reports such apps can still be accessed through personal WiFi or cellular plants.
