15-Year-Old Chattanooga Boy Arrested After Allegedly Shooting At Family Member Who Refused To Give Him Money

A 15-year-old Chattanooga boy has been arrested after he allegedly shot at a family member who refused to give him money. It happened Monday.  Witnesses said they saw him get on a CARTA bus and that prompted SWAT to shut down a portion of Brainard Road. However, the juvenile was not found on the bus.  The teen was later located and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and aggravated domestic assault. His name has not been released.
