Decatur Woman, Puppy Safe After Falling Down Well

In Decatur, Tennessee a woman and her puppy are safe after they fell about 15 feet down a well Monday night.  The Decatur Fire Department responded to a mutual aid call by the Meigs County Emergency Services and used a man hole lift to get the woman and her dog out.  There were no reports of injuries and the victim’s name was not immediately released.
