It was a successful weekend for NASCAR as they had a stop in Music City this past weekend for three races at Nashville Superspeedway. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series saw Carson Hocevar win on Friday night picking up his 2nd win of the season. On Saturday it was the Road Course Ringer A.J. Allmendinger picking up the win on the oval in Nashville in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Tennessee Lottery 250. Finally on Sunday in the Ally 400 it was Ross Chastain picking up his 3rd career cup win and locking his spot in the Cup Series Playoffs. Chevrolet had the best weekend in the Volunteer State with the manufacturer winning all three races. The state of Tennessee will hold more of America’s premier races this year with the NTT IndyCar Series racing on the streets of Nashville in the Music City Grand Prix in August and then in September NASCAR returns to Bristol for the Bristol Night Race.
