Body Found On Signal Mountain Saturday

A body was discovered Saturday morning on Signal Mountain near the 2100 block of West Fairmount Road. In a press release the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office did not describe whether the person is male or female or how the body was found. The incident remains under investigation and the Sheriff’s Office is withholding the deceased’s name pending notification of family members.
