A father has been charged with murder in his daughter’s overdose death in February. William Way, age 56, has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder after authorities determined he was one of three people who provided drugs to his daughter, Ashley N. Way, who was found dead at an apartment in Kingsport, Tennessee. It was determined the 30-year-old woman died from overdose caused by fentanyl intoxication. William Way was arrested last week along with 34-year-old Jamichale Wayne Fain and 34-year-old Megan Danielle Newland. Fain and Newland have also been charged with 2nd Degree Murder. The TBI says they were booked into the Sullivan County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
