Small Plane Crashes At Chattanooga Airport, Two Taken to Hospital

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport was closed for about 30 minutes Wednesday morning (7/26/2023) after a small plane crashed.  It happened around 10am injuring two male passengers who were taken to the hospital.  Officials did not immediately release the victims’ names or the extent of their injuries. The plane is reportedly registered to a company in Chattanooga and it was in the air for about 7 minutes before crashing at the airport.
